3. Any client/customer who has been paid through our payment gateway will be eligible for the money back process.
4. Any claim after 3 (three) business day will not be acceptable without any strong reason behind it.
5. Claims are only applicable if the original detail points of the service mismatched to the service provided by our professional.
6. Money back claim can be only attained before the main file handover process. After getting the main file (Ex. PSD, AI file) any claim of money back will not be accepted.
HOW TO CLAIM
7. In order to claim:
It is the responsibility of the client to make this marketplace aware of any dissatisfaction with the quality of their service on the day of handover.
a) Claims should be submitted at the earliest opportunity, using direct call to the support team helpline or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
b) Refund claim should be made through our official medium. Kajerkaj will be not responsible if the claim made outside our concern.
8. The cost paid for the service which was mismatched will be refunded only.
9. Refunds will be paid by the way customer/client paid or by suitable way easier for the customer.
10. Refund will be carried out within 3 (three) business days. Business days doesn’t include Friday or public holiday.
